Admissions Process Checklist
1. Complete and Submit The Admissions Application
Each applicant must complete the admissions application. Please answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided. All applications must be submitted with the non-refundable fee of $25. We accept credit cart payments online, but if you are unable to pay with a credit card, please make checks or money orders payable to Bethel Cleveland with a specification of “BSSM” in the memo.

2. Include 2 reference letters with your application
Two recommendation forms must be submitted to the school: one from your pastor and one personal recommendation from someone who knows you well and can speak on your behalf regarding your character, gifts, and calling. Please do not use relatives for any of the required recommendations. If your pastor is your parent or spouse, ask another member of the church’s pastoral staff to complete the form.

3. Upload A Photo Of Yourself
Please include a digital photo of yourself that is recognizable and professional. File must be in a typical image format such as jpg, jpeg, png or gif.
4. Submit Your Application by the Deadline
You can submit your application right here online, or by standard mail. We encourage you to apply as early as possible. The deadline for applications to be submitted is September 1st, 2017.

A $25 application fee is required as well. The form linked below will allow you to pay this fee using a debit or credit card.
