John is a prominent international speaker and minister renowned for his teachings on the Father’s saving and restoring love. Together with his wife, Carol, he has witnessed millions transformed through their revival ministry.

After studying at Ontario Bible College in the late 1960s, John initially pursued a business career. In 1980, during a trip to Indonesia, he and Carol felt called to full-time ministry. They founded Jubilee Christian Fellowship in 1981 and Catch the Fire Toronto in 1987, gaining global recognition during the 1994 outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

John is celebrated for his insights on the Father’s love and grace, while Carol emphasizes intimacy and healing in Christ. They reside in the Greater Toronto Area, where they have four adult children and six grandchildren.
